Position title: Chef de Partie

Reports to: Outlet Sous Chef
Supervises: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Cooks
Employee status: Full-time, permanent
Hours per week: Up to 37.5
The Chef de Partie is responsible for the day to day kitchen operation for a particular section including but not limited to preparing and executing menus according to the AMS recipes. The Chef de Partie ensures the quality and presentation of the food, promotes a safe and healthy work environment by following AMS Health & Safety. S/he is a leader by example ensuring that the team members adhere to AMS standards at all times.
