Responsibilities:- Manage key revenue generating initiatives (annual meeting, regional programs, etc.)- Oversee and drive key member benefits- Manage and staff association aspects of conferences, meeting, events, etc.- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders- Administrative support to multiple committees – specifically boards- Communication management: website content, social media, member inquiries, etc.- Other responsibilities as required
Requirements:- 3+ years providing association management services (or comparable experience)- 3+ years experience in facilitating and leading meetings involving senior managers/board members- Experience in developing procedures/policies- Exceptional MS Office skills, particularly Excel- Experience leading/coordinating teams- Experience creating/overseeing budgets- Experience in fundraising/revenue generation- Completion of project management course or equivalent experience
