The Red Deer Youth and Volunteer Centre is currently seeking a Finance and Administration Manager who would be directly involved in the administration and financial operation of our organization. We are a youth serving organization that provides children and youth services through the Boys and Girls Club, Big Brothers Big Sisters, 49^th Street Shelter, Camp Alexo, the Youth Employment Program and other services.  Our annual operating budget is 2 million.  We are seeking an individual with:

• Extensive experience with accounts payables, payroll, general accounting preparation of month-end financial reports and yearend audit preparation.
• 5 years experience in accounting and would either have or is working towards a professional designation.
• Strong working knowledge of Simply Accounting and Excel
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• The ability to work in a fast paced worked environment. 
• A team player mentality
• An interest in helping children and youth in our community achieve their potential.

The salary range is $50,000 - $60,000.
