This is a part-time contract position (32 hours/week).
As a dedicated and responsive Program Coordinator, your expertise is in supporting adults with developmental disabilities in the community. As part of a self-directed team, you have the ability to effectively problem-solve, mentor home support providers and evaluate applications for service/service providers. You have extensive knowledge of community resources.
Your related Degree/Diploma in Human Services discipline supported with 3 years experience, analytical skills, as well as a vehicle and valid Operator's Licence makes you an ideal candidate for this position.
