This is a full-time 6 month contract (40 hours/week). Hours of work are 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Are you an outgoing, motivated team player? Bring your positive attitude and join our administrative professionals in providing administrative support to our bustling office! Your superior customer service skills make fielding telephone calls and greeting visitors a pleasure. In addition to various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry, your responsibilities include; reception coverage , sorting and distributing mail, and ordering office supplies. You welcome a challenge, are flexible, and have the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Your certificate in Office Administration and/or 2 years of experience in a reception/administrative role will ensure your success in this position. You have strong computer and keyboarding skills and are proficient in MS Office.
