Executive Directors do not get a second chance to make a first impression. The first six months in a new ED position can make or break the relationship with the nonprofit organization. Starting SMART Coaching ensures that nonprofit organizations and their new Executive Directors get off to the best possible start in this crucial relationship. You will save personal stress, organizational disruption, and costly replacement processes if you invest at the beginning in starting SMART.
We will provide 12 hour-long sessions of confidential executive coaching to the new ED. We will ensure that he/she pays careful attention to beginning their new position Soulfully (knowing themselves), Mindfully (knowing what they need to learn), Astutely (knowing the dynamics of the new situation), Responsibly (knowing what to do to build a positive team), and Trustingly (knowing how to make it all work together for the best). That's starting SMART. And it pays huge dividends in accelerating the impact of the new ED's value to the organization.
