The Administration Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of office, accounting and program administration functions for Orange Hall. 




High school graduation plus substantial completion of a number of post-secondary courses in a relevant field such as business or program administration

  • Minimum of 3 years progressive, directly related experience in a comparable and highly computerized environment, including sound experience in office, program and contract administration

OR an equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable to the employer



  • In-depth practical knowledge of office, program, accounting, and contract administration

  • Good knowledge of government and community agencies and the services they provide

  • Good understanding of IT systems and excellent computer skills, including a high level of technical proficiency with Microsoft Office products, plus an interest and willingness to learn new applications and systems as required

    • Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills; ability to find and implement creative and practical solutions to problems

    • Strong initiative and follow through skills

    • Ability to work independently as well as function effectively in a team environment.

    • Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment, while responding to numerous diverse and shifting challenges without compromising the quality of the work.

  • Ability to exercise maturity and good judgment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to exercise tact, diplomacy and good judgment when dealing with a broad range of

  • Proficiency in the use of grammar, spelling and punctuation

    • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm
