Qualifications: Grade 12 and One (1) year training in business or office administration. Lesser qualified applicants may be considered.
Duties: Facilitates and tracks staff’s completion of on-line, in house training modules. Facilitates emergency drills. Must be able to write posts and updates for events and post on agency website and facebook. Posts agency job postings on external websites. Compiles surveys, reports, makes follow up calls to clients, Edits forms, files, makes posters, calendars. Other duties as required.
Other Job Information: Must have an excellent working knowledge of Excel, and Word. Must have excellent written skills and be organized and detail oriented. Must be a good communicator.
Hours of Work: 8 hours per week (preferably 4 hours Tues and Thurs mornings)
Rate of pay: $16.81 to $19.51 per hour depending on experience
