PositionBilingual Sales Account Representative (B2B)



RCT is a seeking a seasoned Salesperson that is passionate about providing solutions to its computer recipients and technology donors.  RCT is a non-profit leader that provides renewed technology to those in need & this role will focus on the B2B market to help them achieve their business IT goals.  Working with the marketing, operations & program development teams, the Sales Account Rep will be the champion of our donors, specific program recipients (customers) and partners throughout Ontario.



  • Cultivate long term relationships with donors & recipients
  • Develop retention strategies and programs to recognize key donors & partners
  • Work with clients to understand their business issues and provide solutions to meet them
  • Lead generation with prospective computer donors & B2B recipients
  • Achieve program specific Sales targets (free and upgrades computers packages)
  • Account Leadership - Lead designated program sales, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive business plan to address customer and prospects priorities and solutions
  • Complete forecasts and activity reports to senior management
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process from cold calling to closing
  • Key understanding of the environmental impacts of reusing and recycling of technology
  • Continuously develop CSR strategy for government and business technology donors
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to new and existing clients
  • Analyze potential sales opportunities by using data analyses, segmented research and information to key markets
  • Networking at key business and industry-related events and trade shows



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Strong sales experience, particularly in B2B, is required (2-3 years)
  • Experience in the technology field is an asset
  • Ability to communicate in both official languages is required
  • Experience is in a non-profit is an asset
  • Ability to travel throughout Ontario
  • Self-motivated, responsible and strives continuously to build skills (professional and technical)
  • Experience is using CRMs and/or sales pipeline technologies
  • Experience working with school boards, schools, charities and corporate donors an asset
