In this account management role you will support our dedication to excellent customer service by presenting products and services tailored to the needs of individuals/families on a pre-need basis, at their homes or our locations. We’re looking for Sales Representatives who are dedicated to an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Proficient in acquiring referrals and lead generation, on the phone and in person
  • Qualifying all prospects and leading them through the sales process
  • Build relationships through follow up with our customers to ensure that their needs are being met
  • Develop community relationships for referral and sales opportunities/resources
  • Execute events and on site activities that will continue to build relationships with existing and target prospects
  • Close the sale and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
  • Maintain records and compile reports according to standard procedures
  • Other duties as assigned




  • Business-to-consumer sales experience
  • Retail sales experience is an asset
  • Funeral Pre-planning Licence is an asset
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record
  • Valid Ontario “G” driver’s license or better, clean driver’s abstract and your own vehicle
  • Ability to communicate in English
