This part-time contract combines individual clinical counselling with student supervision/training, and some administrative duties. Mentoring these students around ethical decision making and supporting their development as emerging clinicians, is an important part of this work. The Clinical Counselling Services Coordinator also accepts applications for incoming practicum students (2018-2019), and arranges and conducts interviews to select the most suitable candidates.

There is an opportunity to engage in regular peer support with another CMHA counsellor to discuss caseload.
