WE is looking for a dynamic and committed Partner Relations Coordinator to join our Partner Relations Team. The Partner Relations Coordination team serve to support the activities of the department in their ongoing information management and major gift donor stewardship initiatives.  The Partner Relations Coordinator will work under the leadership of the Associate Director of Partner Relations. 

This individual must be passionate and committed to the core beliefs of the organization—the WE.org Philosophy. 

The position is based out of WE’s office in Toronto.
 
Your Impacts:

  • Reports to and takes direction from Partnership Management team and the Associate Director of Partner Relations.
  • Administrative tasks include note and meeting facilitation, invoice preparation, email correspondence and CRM software tracking (Salesforce)
  • Project management – supporting key activation pieces of WE Charity’s major corporate partnerships, specifically in the realm of domestic programming, sponsorship activation and international report writing. 
  • Record-keeping and donations processing for corporate donors.
  • Serve as liaison for internal coordination amongst WE departments to integrate corporate, employee and adult engagement strategies alongside WE’s calendar of programming (e.g. liaising with Creative and Communications team to ensure development of adult/employee-focused collateral for WE Charity campaigns) and to ensure strong collaboration with ME to WE’s Corporate and Family Engagement teams.
  • Documentation and knowledge sharing of trends regarding major partners, including:
    • Generation of stakeholder analyses and partner briefing documents
    • Reporting on employee engagement activities
  • Development of materials and resources to facilitate employee engagement activities
  • Support for third party events hosted by major partners including serving as an ambassador of WE Charity at these events, preparation of event reports and compilation of materials for external events.

 
What you bring:

  • Post-secondary Degree in related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills in all internal and external relations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and within a team setting.
  • Commitment to maintaining accurate and detailed files, databases and work logs.
  • Excellent comprehension and ease with the application of Microsoft Office programs, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Outstanding work ethic and proven ability to take initiative and remain organized and solution driven.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, flexible and enthusiastic.
  • Works well under pressure and is able to hit tight deadlines.
