The ME to WE Corporate Trips team is seeking an experienced and highly motivated account management professional with strong communication and customer service skills to join our department as Associate Director, Corporate Travel Engagement. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of diverse accounts, with the primary focus of engaging in corporate travel for ME to WE’s Corporate Partners.
ME to WE is redefining what it means to travel with purpose and the successful candidate will play a critical role in contributing to the success of the Corporate trips team. As such, it is important that you bring with you not only a strong and successful track record of achievement in the corporate account management space, a love for travel, but also an appreciation of the impact that our ME to WE trips have on both our travellers and the local communities we serve.
This individual must be passionate and committed to the core beliefs of the organization—the WE.org Philosophy.
The position is based out of WE’s office in Toronto.
What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for achieving set out revenue target for the Corporate Trips Department.
  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and driving growth for Corporate Trips.
  • Collaborate closely with other internal departmental stakeholders to ensure the needs of our corporate clientele are met and exceeded.
  • Development and delivery of quality proposals and presentations.
  • Working closely with internal departments to increase revenue for Corporate Trips
  • Strategically engaging in upsell opportunities with existing and new partners.
  • Day to day management, mentorship and development of a Corporate Sales Specialist.
  • Leverage your relationship management skills to retain and reengage clients on a continual basis.
  • Attend joint meetings with partners.
  • Embrace and exhibit the culture and Core Values of ME to WE each and every day.

What you bring:

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven track record in Account Management. Our ideal candidate has managed large, high profile portfolios and has a passion for travel with the focus on South America, Africa & India.
  • Proven ability to retain accounts and consistently hit targets.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and multi-task in a demanding and fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to pivot quickly and identify areas of opportunity to increase sales.
  • Exceptionally strong relationship management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset.
  • TICO certification or willingness to obtain
