A bit about us…

Opening doors to lifelong learning and career success is our mission. In 2016, we celebrated our 40th birthday. Starting out a volunteer-based, non-profit organization delivering wood-working and sewing workshops to persons with disabilities, over time, we have grown to be one of the largest non-profit providers of employment services in British Columbia. Each year we serve thousands of people in rural and urban communities and help them to prepare for, find, and keep meaningful employment and community attachment.

Our core values are based on a genuine belief that all individuals have the ability to succeed and are the drivers of their own success. We aim to support lifelong learning and career success for the people we serve through programming as well as our employees.

We are proud to be certified as a Great Place to Work in Canada and to be accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, an international, independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services.
