What we need:       A motivated administrative professional, with a high level of energy who:

  • Has previous administrative experience
  • Is exceptionally detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task
  • Has experience working in the non-profit sector
  • Is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office - e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Has excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Is an enthusiastic and motivated team player

What you will do:  Reporting to the Director of Finance/HR, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing

                               Administrative support to the Finance and Human Resources departments, which will include the

                               following:

  • Interacting with Staff at other Job Skills’ locations, regarding Finance and/or HR related matters
  • Providing assistance with the preparation of financial reports and spreadsheets, internal/ external correspondence, as well as the co-ordinating of interviews, training sessions and meetings
  • Assist with other general office duties, as required
