Location: Edmonton Salary: $89,416.90 - $100,601.00

CASA House is an intensive residential treatment program in Sherwood Park that treats adolescents with complex mental health problems using a multidisciplinary team approach with an emphasis on family involvement and trauma informed care.
The Clinical Lead works collaboratively with the Program Manager, Psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to achieve positive patient outcomes and contributes to establishing a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provides leadership in the promotion and delivery of quality clinical services

  • Supports the transition of patients from CASA House back to their rural community

  • Provides clinical supervision based on best practice

  • Ensures a patient centered approach to service delivery

  • Promotes clinical program development

  • Engages staff to achieve their optimal functioning and clinical contributions

  • Facilitates collaborative relationships and transitions across CASA programs

  • Works collaboratively with other service providers 


  • Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work (with psycho social intervention designation) and current registration with a relevant professional body.

  • Clinical expertise demonstrated through a minimum of 5 years clinical practice, staff supervision and coaching skills

  • Strong staff development skills to optimize team functioning

  • Evidence informed practice

  • Experience in individual, family and group therapies

  • Skills and experience in conflict resolution

  • Criminal Record Check and Intervention Record Check issued within the past 90 days
