Richmond Society for Community Living is a medium sized non-profit agency that provides support and services to children and adults with developmental disabilities. We are currently recruiting for a:


Senior Counselor, Supported Living

As the Senior Counselor you will be a key member of our Supported Living team, providing high standards of person centered support and care to the individuals who live in the home. Through a creative, flexible and caring approach, you will build strong relationships with the individuals, their families and support networks and play a key role in the planning of goals and assisting individuals to live as independently as possible.

You will be an experienced residential worker and able to effectively, along with the supervisor, lead a team. You will help staff develop their skills and knowledge through coaching and mentoring. As well you will support the supervisor in the day to day running of the home, including providing key administrative support.
