Reports to: Director of Fundraising Partnerships

  • Grant Applications
    • Work with Director of Fundraising Partnerships to write, research and prepare proposals and submissions for grants and donations.
    • Develop Impact reports.
  • Corporate and Event Sponsorship
    • Work with the Director of Fundraising Partnerships to build and grow meaningful and lasting corporate partners and sponsors.
  • Stewardship
    • Manage all deadlines, including application dates and stewardship reports.Create customized solicitation and stewardship plans for individual major donors.
    • Maintain and update database.
  • Individual and Major gifts
    • Ongoing relationship management and development of individual donors and mid-level stakeholders.
  • Donor Relations
    • Develop impact reports
    • Assist with management, cultivation, solicitation and recognition plans and activities



  • Grant writing experience
  • Strong research skills
  • Proven success in building and maintaining partnerships with various levels of both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent Verbal and written skills.
  • Proficiency in database management an asset
  • Exceptional collaborative skills, enjoys working within a team.
  • Well organized self starter
  • You are motivated by our mission to increase the confidence and self-esteem of the girls in the lower mainland.
