Pest Control/Heat Treatment Operator

Ensure the safe and effective application of pest-control solutions at our properties


With safety as a top priority, you will operate heat treatment and pest control equipment for the effective treatment of bed bug and other pest infestations on Commission properties Commission properties and Single Room Occupancy (SRO) sites.


In addition to prepping areas or units for the application of heat treatment (including the removal of combustibles and furniture, covering sprinklers or heat detectors and sealing areas to guard against heat loss), you will be responsible for setting up, operating and remotely monitoring equipment, performing safety checks and recording data.

Along with Grade 12, you have good organization and problem-solving skills and basic proficiency with the MS Office suite.


This is a physical role requiring lifting, climbing and exposure to heat. Come prepared to work shifts or on weekends and travel around the Lower Mainland.
