Project Coordinator Job Opportunity -- seeking local talent with a big heart!

We have an awesome, dynamic, passionate project team that works hard to improve patient health care.  We help seniors, youth mental health, addictions, chronic pain, adult mental health and we need you to help us coordinate these projects with your experience and talent.


This is a great job for someone who wants to help their neighbor or end their long commute away from their home.    The Project Coordinator is a 40 hour full time employment contract position (up until March 2019 with good potential to renew).  The position needs to be open to the reduction of hours as projects close and then flexibility of increased hours as projects are approved.

We work around the physician’s clinic work schedule, so early morning meetings (7 am start) and evening meetings (6 pm start) are a reality.  However, we make sure our staff team get that work life flexibility in return.   Going home and making dinner early, coming in later in the morning after your gym work out, picking up your kids from school, taking your elderly parents to doctor appointments and working at home in your PJs is a common work flexibility culture.


This work is extremely meaningful, fast-paced, well-supported, interesting and creative.


The Responsibility

Meeting Management & Coordination (including minute taking)
Report Writing, Presentation & Design
Event Coordination & Management
Member Communication
Project Support, Research & Coordination

If you like learning – you have found the right place.  However, you do need to bring Microsoft office expertise, excellent writing skills, huge attention to detail, creative spirit and owning project deadlines.   If you are the right person for this job -- we are also happy to coach and support any new skill development, the fun stuff!
