Overview

The Elizabeth Fry Society of Greater Vancouver is currently accepting applications for two Addictions Supervisors to join their team to manage residences that provide a continuum of addictions care including detox, structured support and stabilization recovery, and intensive treatment. The Addictions Supervisors manage the day-to-day operations of the residences and supervise the program and clinical staff.  One position will work at Ellendale in Surrey, the other will work at Rosedale in Chilliwack.

Elizabeth Fry was the first organization in Canada to operate homes which accepted opiate-using women due to their belief that women struggling with addiction need and deserve help in overcoming their issues.

Ellendale (Surrey, BC) provides live-in addiction treatment for poly drug using women for 5 months and assists women to develop long-term plans for their futures. Ellendale Cradle is within the same residence and provides expectant and new mothers who struggle with addiction live-in treatment and support as they plan their future.

The Rosedale Intensive Residential Treatment Program (Chilliwack, BC) is a co-operative living program for up to 12 women who require specialized and intensive substance use services and support over a 3-month period with the possibility for extension. The program follows an integrated case management process.
