About You

We are seeking a Clinical Program Manager who enjoys working in an engaging and collaborative way in a unionised environment.   Candidates should have a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline, 5 years’ experience providing direct service to children in mental health, including 2 years’ supervisory experience in a unionised environment. Candidates must possess current unrestricted registration with relevant regulatory body to supervise psychotherapists.

About the Role

The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision for our mental health counsellors. The candidate will plan, implement and evaluate clinical programs, work as part of the Maltby Centre’s management team to promote and support the agency’s client centred clinical philosophy.
