Richmond Society for Community Living is a non-profit organization that delivers services to persons with developmental disabilities, their families and the community.

 

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Residential Counselor

Residential Counselor is a truly rewarding career where you will support people to engage in all aspects of life. You will encourage and assist the persons supported to participate in social, educational, community and recreational activities to enhance and maintain the dignity and respect of the clients. You’ll provide coaching and support in the areas of social skills, communications, vocation, education and leisure activities.

 

Related Education and Experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate. Please note that hours include a variety of different shifts, which will consist of both weekday afternoons and weekends.

  • A current driver’s license, first aid and clear criminal record check
