Diana Smith combines a consulting and academic focus to shift thinking and build capacity through innovative approaches to planning and change in human systems. She has thirty years experience in consulting, leadership and management in public, non-profit and private organizations at the local, national and international level which foster transformation and capacity development. Diana is an active community member and is enriched by many personal interests and relationships.
Her practice includes small group and large system facilitation, coaching, leadership and team development within organizations and with collaborations and partnerships. She engages with the theory/practice linkages of whole systems thinking, change leadership, governance, partnerships, collaborations and civil society issues.
