Caretaker - Full Time
M’akola Housing Society – Nanaimo, BC
Position summary:
Under the supervision of the Property Manager (PM), the Caretaker is responsible for the daily upkeep and minor maintenance of our complexes. The successful candidate will be aware and sensitive to the housing needs of the Indigenous and Non-Indigenous people. Representing MHS, the Caretaker will ensure MHS is represented in a professional, responsible, and respectful way at all times.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm. There may be on-call requirements after hours and on weekends.
