Experience working with people with diverse abilities
Use of motor vehicle/well maintained
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft office, working on tasks such as reports, editing and organizing informational resources.
Knowledge of Discovery, Job/Development/Marketing, functional assessments, cultural awareness
Work well independently and as a team
Positive and enthusiastic attitude with strong listening skills
Communicate effectively with others/good interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task
Demonstrate sound work ethics
Demonstrate initiative by assisting other team members to accomplish common goals and develop and implement strategies and opportunities for persons served
Full Time - 30 Hours per week
Permanent positions qualify for health benefits after 3 months.
