Job Summary:
The One-on-One Childcare Support Worker will work in conjunction with the Eagle’s Nest Early Learning Centre (ENELC) childcare staff and supervisor to plan and implement a developmentally appropriate childcare program for designated children needing one-on-one support. The One-on-One Childcare Support Worker will provide one-on-one care to a child, offering a nurturing environment and encouraging their intellectual, physical, and emotional growth. This position will require knowledge of the Early Learning Framework and will work in close cooperation with the Childcare Supervisor, FVCDC, school staff and other Childcare Workers.
