Join our team as a full time Home Sharing Services Manager working Monday to Friday out of our beautiful Delta location. The position offers a competitive salary based on experience ($70,000-$75,000 annually with compensation increasing commensurate with program growth), extended health benefits, 4 weeks vacation, professional development opportunities, and participation in the Municipal Pension Plan. (Note: MPP has the option of being transferrable if the successful candidate is already registered in the plan)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
The mandate of the role of the Home Sharing Services Manager is to oversee a caseload and direct the services of this portfolio efficiently and effectively by utilizing the resources of Kyndred to ensure the provision of quality to the individuals who this portfolio serves.
The organization depends on this role to ensure that all Home Sharing & Respite Contractors are in compliance with Society policy and procedures, Licensing, Accreditation and Industry Best Practice and Standards. The Home Sharing Services Manager role also manages performance of direct reports and delivers on key reporting requirements, recruits, matches and ensures compatibility between contractors and preferences of persons served and their personal network. The mandate of this role also includes ensuring growth in service areas.

The ideal candidate for this role is a proven leader, with a growth mindset who can manage a caseload and the performance of direct reports.
