HUAMAI is looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as the Volunteer Head. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will lead our volunteer program, inspire teams, and contribute to our mission of connecting the world with the Canadian professionals.

Role Overview

The Volunteer Head will oversee all aspects of our volunteer program, including recruitment, training, coordination, and retention. This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for empowering volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

• Volunteer Recruitment: Develop and implement strategies to attract diverse and committed volunteers.

• Training and Development: Organize onboarding sessions and provide ongoing training to ensure volunteers are equipped to succeed in their roles.

• Volunteer Coordination: Manage volunteer schedules, assign roles, and ensure alignment with organizational needs.

• Engagement and Retention: Foster a positive and inclusive environment to keep volunteers motivated and engaged.

• Event Planning: Collaborate with other teams to organize events and activities involving volunteers.

• Reporting: Track volunteer contributions and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in volunteer management, team leadership, or community engagement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to inspire and motivate individuals.
