Under the general direction of the Community Programs Manager, provide culturally safe, client-centered, and Trauma Informed coordination services to clients. The clients of the Program are persons of any age who are survivors of sexual assault, including historical sexual assault regardless of whether they have reported the sexual assault to the police or other authorities or not.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in a related Human/Social Service field or equivalent education.
- Understanding of and demonstrated skills and ability to work from a feminist perspective.
- Strong cultural competency and socially inclusive practice.
- Working knowledge of the justice system and practices to violence against women preferred.

Training and Experience:
• Two (2) years recent related experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• A valid Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to provide services on a flexible schedule if required.
• Current Criminal Record Check or ability to obtain a clear CRC.
