• Raise $900K+ in grants, investment, financing, corporate partnerships, or tech licensing? → 10% bonus
• Scale programs to 500+ students? → Deferred payout + endowment share
• Launch a revenue-generating ed-tech product? → Phantom equity in spin-off entity

You bring the network, financing strategy & pratice, and growth playbook.
We provide the mission, community, and legal structure to make it happen.

You’ll Do:

• Secure funding (grants, sponsors, tech/music industry partners)
• Build strategic alliances (e.g., with Ableton, Native Instruments, local tech hubs)
• Scale innovative programs blending music, AI, VR, and creative tech
• Optionally co-found a for-profit arm to monetize tools/apps
• Report to a supportive board committed to bold incentives

You Are:

• A former founder, VP, or exec with proven fundraising or biz-dev success
• Deeply connected in tech, music, or education ecosystems
• Passionate about arts + tech access for underserved youth
• Comfortable with deferred/high-risk, high-reward comp
• Based in or willing to relocate part-time to Montreal, QC
