The Role:

As a Service Level Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and applying methods in preparing, calculating and processing service level reconciliations in accordance with CLBC's service level reporting framework.

You will represent CLBC as the initial point of contact for any issues relating to service level reporting and as such, liaise with and support both service providers and field staff on a regular basis.

  • Have a strong aptitude for working with numbers and understands the fundamentals of budgets, operating budgets and analysis;
  • Are able to manage your own workload in a dynamic environment while delivering a high standard of work;
  • Have a proven ability to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Are able to multitask and be flexible.


  • Bachelor Degree with a preference in Commerce/Business Administration; Mathematics or a relevant discipline;
  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) or relevant accounting/financial certification to complement the Bachelor's Degree is ideal
  • Current user of MS Excel at an Intermediate to Advanced skill level
  • Experience analyzing high volumes of information
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel is required, ideally with some experience working in an accounting role

Term/Status: Temporary/Full time
Eligibility: Open to internal and external applicants

Classification/Salary: Clerk 14: Starts at $25.37 hourly
