Early Childhood Educator
The YMCA of Northern BC is seeking qualified, passionate applicants to join our Fort St. John team! We are
offering a $1000.00 recruitment bonus after 6 months on top of our amazing benefits, including paid sick
days and starting 6% vacation pay (which is equivalent to 3 weeks)!
The YMCA is the largest provider of child care in Canada and the YMCA of Northern BC is the largest not-forprofit
provider here in the north. We operate licensed child care (including preschool and after-school care)
within five communities: Prince George, Vanderhoof, Fort St. James, Fort St. John, and Chetwynd.
We are currently seeking an Early Childhood Educator for our Fort St. John program. If you believe in the

will bring a passion for continuous improvement, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a
team work approach. They will demonstrate the character, skills, and personality to work with young children.
