REPORTS TO: Team Leader and Manager
HOURLY RANGE: $20.32- $25.97 per hour
Position 1: Weekend- Saturday and Sunday 2-10pm, and Monday and Friday 1:30-9:30pm
Position 2: Weekend- Saturday and Sunday 9am-9pm, Monday and Friday 1-9pm
Position 3: Monday-Friday, 2-10pm
Position 4: Week #1- Monday-Thursday: 7-3pm, Week #2- Monday – Thursday: 2:30-10:30pm, Every 2nd Sunday: 10:30am-10:30pm

Youth Workers provide direct care, guidance, mentorship and support to children and youth who reside in a group living setting. We work hand in hand with Children Services and our CSD partnership programs to find permanent placements/options that best match each individual child or youth needs. We are STRONG advocates who never settle for anything less than the best for the children and youth in our care. Our core foundation is built on principles as taught in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training.
The positions are based in Northeast and Northwest Edmonton.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Education: Diploma or Degree in a related field. A combination of related education and experience will also be considered.
