The Lead Cook leads in the preparation and service of nutritious meals as outlined on menus and schedules in accordance with applicable food service and safety standards and regulations.
· Under the direction of the Food Services Manager, plans and prepares meals for ARC clients including but not limited to special dietary needs of the residents.
· Cooks a variety of meals from scratch using standard recipes and recognized culinary techniques.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
HOURS/SCHEDULE : 37.5 Hours/week ; Monday to Friday, flexible time blocks as needed
