We are looking for hard-working team members, who embrace compassion, believe in inclusivity, innovation, demonstrate courage, respect and accountability, and believe in the power of community.
Every year, 1,200 children stay at Kids Kottage. Kids Kottage Foundation aims to make a difference, not only today, for children and their support systems, but also for tomorrow, by promoting social change in our current complex world.
This Vision is Bold:
Our mission is to empower those accessing our services via community network of support. Our goal is to be here for those familial systems before intensive intervention is required. Kids Kottage Foundation achieves this by delivering transformational services for those waging war against trauma, poverty, violence and adversity. Strategic priorities drive our organization as we continue to push for change.
Kids Kottage Foundation is recruiting for a Follow Up Worker. The Follow Up Worker is responsible for providing family systems timely and effective support and assistance, increasing well-being, and resiliency. This also includes the integration of cultural and spiritual practices.
The Candidate will provide assessments, referrals, group facilitation, case management, and consultations in a responsive environment.
