Ranch Ehrlo Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a range of quality assessments, treatments, education, support, and community services to improve the lives of children, youth, adults, and families. Founded by the late Dr. Geoff Pawson in 1966, it started as a single residential unit for six troubled boys and has grown to a multi-service agency with more than 800 employees, delivering a wide range of accredited mental health and developmental services on campuses located in and around Regina, Saskatoon, and Prince Albert. We welcome clients from across the country.
Our mission is to provide quality preventative and restorative services to, and advocacy for, vulnerable individuals and families through highly engaged and professional employees. We envision communities where all individuals and families achieve their full potential. We are guided by the CARE model, Children And Residential Experiences: Creating Conditions for Change, which is a multi-level program aimed at improving services for children and youth in care.
With your passion for being part of and serving the community, you are seeking a fulfilling leadership mission that will engage and inspire you. As the Chief Executive Officer, you will work alongside the Board of Directors to develop and lead execution of the strategic direction and forward-thinking vision, mission, and values of the Ranch Ehrlo Society. You will maintain effective relationships and inspire stakeholders. The Chief Executive Officer will also identify and provide oversight to manage strategic, operational, and financial risks.
As the Chief Executive Officer, you will bring a balanced leadership approach between managing external engagement and responsibilities while at the same time fostering a strong internal organization as the Ranch Ehrlo Society continues to evolve in response to community needs. You will inspire, motivate, and mentor others within the organization, while taking accountability to deliver on your promises and build on the culture of inclusivity and care for both employees and clients.
Having demonstrated social responsibility, worked with a Board, and led a not-profit or human services sector enterprise, you have shown that you have the skills and experience to lead the Ranch Ehrlo Society. With your knowledge and experience in working with multiple stakeholders, and managing and supervising complex organizations, it is your community leadership, innovation and passion for the mission that will make it happen.
