MAISON YVONNE-MAISONNEUVE 

The mission is to provide fifteen (15) women aged 55 and over with a safe living environment, as well as assistance and support adapted to their needs, using an approach that encourages and promotes personal autonomy.

MAISON STE-MARIE

The mission is to provide forty-nine (49) independent women aged 18 and over with a healthy and safe living environment in transitional housing for a maximum period of 5 years.

LA RELANCE

This program offers residents at the end of their stay to benefit from services aimed at preserving the acquired skills developed during their accommodation and support in their social reintegration efforts so that they achieve autonomy.

Immediate Supervisor: Dragana Pavlovic, Director of the Accommodation Sector
Work timetable : INTERIM position 40 hours / week
Sunday to Thursday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND INHERENT TASKS - MAISON YVONNE-MAISONNEUVE
Management of the reception and intervention mandate

  • Ensure the quality of services to residents;
  • Supervise the follow-up in the psycho-social and medical procedures of the residents;
  • Hold meetings with residents;
  • Participate in the selection of and ensure the integration of residents;
  • Collect rents and manage petty cash.
  • Produce statistics, be part of the Chaînon management committee and participate in meetings

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND INHERENT TASKS - MAISON STE-MARIE
Management of the program placement mandate

  • Ensure a healthy and safe living environment
  • Serve on the tenant selection committee, manage complaints
  • Maintain tenant records, handle complaints
  • Collect rents and manage petty cash.
  • Produce statistics,
  • Act on the Chaînon management committee and participate in meetings


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND INHERENT TASKS - LA RELANCE 

  • Supervise all intervention services offered to participants of the La Relance program
  • Take part in various relevant committees and in the development of partnerships 

Human Resource Management

  • Perform all management and supervision functions for the staff assigned to Maison Yvonne and Maison Ste-Marie, including recruitment, selection and evaluation
  • Bring together the respective teams,
  • Meet individually with each employee, including evening, night and weekend employees
  • See to the respect and application of working conditions
  • Establish work schedules and update attendance grids
  • Manage payroll

REQUIRED TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • DEC or a Bachelor's in social work, special education, psychoeducation, or psychosocial intervention
  • Have at least two years of management experience - any related and relevant experience will be considered
  • Demonstrate skills in managing teams and maintaining a healthy climate free from violence
  • Have a great capacity in management and administration
  • Know Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluent in French a must
  • Ability to speak and write functional English
