The Integrated Offender Management Program is a partnership with the Diversion and Desistance Branch, Edmonton Police Services. The Integrated Offender Management Facilitator works in partnership with Detectives of the Restorative Intervention Section to address the issue of prolific/complex offenders to reduce chronic barriers, reduce crime cycles and set each offender up for success. In this program the Facilitator uses principles of High-Fidelity Wraparound as well as Risk Need and Responsivity in their approach. The facilitator will guide the offender and be the link to systems, other supports and ultimately be the backbone for the offender until the offender has created their own self-efficacy to reduce their own criminality and live a pro-social, crime free life.

This is a one year contract with the possibility of extension. This position works primarily, Monday to Friday 8:00 – 4:30 but some flexibility is required. The work location is based in the Downtown Edmonton Police Services Headquarters but program delivery is conducted in the Edmonton area, including but not limited to institutions, treatment centers, offender’s residence and other community settings. The closing date is until suitable candidates are found. Interviews will take place on December 1st and 2nd.
The starting salary is $55,000 annually.
