The WMTS Supervisor provides support to staff and clients within our residential Withdrawal Management and Treatment Services program. The program is staffed by a multidisciplinary team who provide counselling, support, withdrawal monitoring, education and skills development to support client recovery. You will ensure the provision of high-quality services through program oversight, staff coaching, data analysis and quality improvement activities. The Supervisor works collaboratively with the program’s Manager and fellow Supervisor, as well as with leaders across the Addiction and Mental Health department and community partners, to ensure continuity of care for clients.
As the WMTS Supervisor, you will:
Annual salary: $52,670 plus benefits
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, rotation of days (8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) and afternoons (1:30 – 9:00 p.m.), with some flexibility required to meet the needs of the program. Supervisors also participate in an after-hours on-call rotation (every third week).
