Request for Proposals: Evaluation Consultant

Hi there! We are looking for an Evaluation Consultant to analyze and evaluate the five synchronous and asynchronous online training programs for Rosa - a digital access to justice platform about workplace sexual harassment.
A collaboration between Aftermetoo and Canadian Women’s Foundation, Rosa is organized by province and territory, to guide workers through what the law is, what to expect, and how to prepare. Our goal is to provide the workforce with tools to protect their rights and create accountability so that they can go to work in safety and are set up to succeed.
The Rosa platform will inform our digital training and online training program to be delivered to employers and employees in specific federally-regulated sectors. Additionally, we will provide specialized training for staff in social service organizations who work with vulnerable workers and will use Rosa’s resources with their clients.
You will be responsible for working with the Rosa’s Research and Training Director to inform, analyze, and evaluate the online training programs during development, beta-testing, and launch. You will provide evaluation tools during development, and you will conduct qualitative and quantitative assessment after the launch of each of the Rosa’s five training programs. The five training areas include: synchronous forums for arts employers, synchronous train the trainer webinars for social service organizations, asynchronous training for employers and employees, synchronous webinars for arts employees, and synchronous webinars for mining/pipeline employees. This is anticipated to be part-time contract work carried over twelve months from January 2021-December 2021. You will work with the Research and Training Director and the Project Director to ensure that that project timelines are met.

The available funding for the evaluation of is $40,000 (including applicable taxes) over January 2021 to December 2021.
