Youth Workers provide direct care, guidance, mentorship and support to children and youth who reside in a group living setting. We work hand in hand with Children Services and our CSD partnership programs to find permanent placements/options that best match each individual child or youth needs. We are STRONG advocates who never settle for anything less than the best for the children and youth in our care. Our core foundation is built on principles as taught in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training.
Education: Diploma or Degree in a related field. A combination of related education and experience will also be considered.
