Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) has an opening for a Program Assistant II - General, based in Ottawa. Reporting to the Supervisor, Hearing Healthcare Administration, the Program Assistant II is responsible for assisting the region by providing reception, administrative, and program support across all CHS programs and services.
The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary diploma in Office Administration, including basic accounting skills, along with 2-3 years’ related experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. A sense of urgency is required, as well as the ability to handle a pressurized environment and manage a varied workload with competing priorities and deadlines.
