MOSAIC is seeking a client-centered and results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, who is motivated to succeed in the role of Manager of Employment Programs!

DEPARTMENT:
Employment, Language, & Social Enterprise Services
ABOUT THE POSITION:
As the Manager, you’ll assist the Senior Manager and/or the Director with the management of Employment Programs from writing proposals through to the wind-down of a project. The Manager plans, coordinates, develops and delivers systems and processes which support the efficient and effective delivery of services and ensures contract outcomes are met. The Manager leads and supports program staff, liaises with funders and coordinates with other MOSAIC departments.

This is a Full-time position
STARTING PAY:
$52,090 to $55,262 annual salary based on experience
We offer a competitive benefits package with contracts of at least one year in length, offering a minimum of 17.5 hours of work per week.
