The Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) fulfills a key role in supporting the healthcare services at the clinic.  Under the supervision of the Nurse Team Lead, and the guidance of the Clinical Advisory Team, the Clinic RN participates in collaborative case management with the Client Services Director to ensure clients receive physical, emotional, and spiritual care that is evidence-based and trauma-informed. The Clinic RN ensures that all clients with healthcare needs that are beyond the scope of the clinic RNs are referred to the appropriate healthcare provider. 

Applicant Requirements:

• Holds an active registered nurse’s license in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in supporting diverse client populations is an asset
• Holds, or is willing to obtain competency and/or certification in applicable areas of sexual and reproductive health care (including application of point of care obstetrical ultrasound).
