CHS currently has an exciting new opening for a CRM Specialist. In this role, you will be leading various Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions implemented at Canadian Hearing Services. You will also participate in complex and time sensitive projects and work closely with program directors and vice presidents including assisting the Director, Information Technology with developing customized CRM solutions, researching and recommending enhancements to data collection systems, and establishing a comprehensive, efficient, and focused process for reporting on business performance against performance metrics.


The ideal candidate will have a University or College degree in a related subject, combined with a minimum of three (3) years' related working experience (preferably in the healthcare industry) with different operating systems (e.g. Windows 10, Apple, and iOS). You will also have three (3) years’ Microsoft Dynamics experience.


If you are self-motivated, possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills and can consistently complete overlapping projects within tight deadlines, this may be just the role for you.
