Terms: Term, Full-Time
20 months maternity leave coverage

Nature & Scope:
We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Finance to join our team. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Finance Manager is a collaborative business partner and trusted advisor supporting an operations portfolio. The Finance Manager is responsible for the full range of accounting cycle duties and responsibilities, focused on the financial and operational accounting transactions for the YMCA of Greater Vancouver.
You are a leader with a strong background in accounting, financial management and budgets. You are excited to support, coach, and mentor your team to meet financial goals and expectations. You are an impact-driven professional with a curious mindset and the desire to continuously learn more. You are passionate about improving the way we work as we continue to grow and evolve. You will ensure the preparation of timely, accurate and complete accounting information and reports to meet both internal and external requirements.
