Responsibilities

 

Under the responsibility of the Director of the Communications and campaigns, the Digital Platforms Officer is responsible for the development and maintenance of the website including content integration, UI (user interface) and UX (user experience) design.  The officer is responsible of the architecture maintenance/optimization, web marketing, maintaining the online client relationship management database and managing the governance of the website and the intranet.

 

Requirements

 

Education/ Experience

  • Degree in computer science
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline (communications, computer science or equivalent)
  • Four years of relevant experience
  • Relevant experience in developing Internet and Intranet sites
  • Experience of work environment Mac and PC

Languages

  • Fluency in French and English, spoken and written

Computer programs

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Adobe Suite (Web Software), in CMS Drupal (content management system), in HTML, CSS and PHP languages, with Google Analytics
  • Very good knowledge of Facebook Business Manager
  • Good knowledge of CRM CiviCRM (customer relationship management)
  • Knowledge of graphic design techniques

Availability

  • Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends

Working conditions 

  • Entry salary depending on experience and the number of languages mastered and required by the position
  • 35-hour work week
  • Competitive working conditions according to the collective agreement
