Computer Assembly/Repair Technician – Youth Internship
Renewed Computer Technology (RCT) is a non-profit organization which manages a number of programs, the largest of which is the Computers for Schools (CFS) Program in Ontario.
RCT’s mandate for the CFS program is to provide youth between the ages of 16-30 years with hands on work paid experience for approximately 6-7 months in order to pursue their careers in the IT industry. Currently, RCT is looking for Computer Technicians (Inventory, Assembly & Repair) to work at our Ottawa location.
The position involves the assessing, assembling & repair of donated computers for distribution to schools, charities & low income families as well as inventory and ERP training and work experience.

This position is an ESDC funded program under the Youth Employment Strategy program and has strict qualifying criteria as follows:
