We have an opening for the role of a Regular, Full-Time Job Developer in our Employment Access/Community Participation Portfolio within our agency.
ORGANIZATION PROFILE – CLH is the region’s largest service provider for individuals with developmental disabilities such as Down Syndrome and Autism. We are dedicated to helping them achieve their full potential, be included in our community and, ultimately, build great lives.

As an accredited organization, we offer widely recognized expertise and serve more than 1,600 people with special needs every year – from children to aging seniors. We offer community participation programs, residential services, respite services, employment supports and services designed for children.
The Job Developer role is responsible for building relationships with employers and community partners to create a pipeline of appropriate job placement and volunteer opportunities for our clients. Job Developers act as the link between employers and the Employment Supports Coaches working together to achieve outcomes. Job developers participate in business development and outreach activities, acting as the primary ambassador of Employment Access in the employer community. She/he will:
